OpenClaw rescue session

Stuck on OpenClaw gateway, auth, dashboard, or VPS access?

Book a focused remote troubleshooting session. We work through your live setup over screen share, restore stable access when possible, and leave you with a short recovery runbook.

What I help with

For broken, unstable, or half-working OpenClaw installs

Gateway and Control UI

Dashboard/chat access, gateway daemon health, foreground vs systemd gateway confusion, token propagation, and clean restart flow.

Token and auth failures

Gateway token missing, token mismatch, browser storage issues, OpenAI/Codex model auth repair, and verification that auth works end to end.

Secure remote access

Tailscale, documented SSH tunnels, secure browser context problems on public HTTP, reverse proxy sanity checks, and safer access paths.

VPS and cloud recovery

Ubuntu/Vultr-style server checks, firewall and port basics, process inspection, logs, updates, and recovery after reconnect or upgrade issues.

Project integrity checks

Verify your workspace files are still present, avoid deleting or restructuring your project, and separate app issues from OpenClaw issues.

Recovery runbook

You leave with concise notes: what was broken, what changed, how to restart safely, and what to check next time it fails.

Good fit

Use this when you need a second pair of hands now

  • OpenClaw worked before an update, reconnect, or server change.
  • The dashboard opens but chat, gateway, or auth keeps failing.
  • You need a clean access method instead of random tunnel attempts.
  • You want someone to diagnose live while you keep control of secrets.

Not a fit

This is not a full implementation sprint

  • No guaranteed fix inside one call.
  • No deleting or restructuring your project.
  • No credential handling on my side; you type secrets yourself.
  • No large feature build, agent design, or production migration in one rescue slot.

Session flow

How the rescue call works

1

Book and describe the failure

Paste the error symptoms, OS/VPS, OpenClaw version, and what changed right before it broke.

2

Screen share, you drive

We inspect logs, process state, config, tunnels, gateway health, and model auth without exposing secrets.

3

Stabilize or isolate

We either restore access or isolate the blocker enough that you know the next exact action.

4

Leave with notes

You get a short recovery runbook: restart commands, access method, known risks, and follow-up items.

Before the call

Useful prep

Do not send secrets. Have these ready so the session starts fast:

Ready when it is worth fixing live

Book the 60-minute OpenClaw rescue session.

$150 fixed scope. Optional 30-minute extension for $75 only if we both agree continuing is useful.
