What if my setup takes more than an hour?
Additional time is billed at $100/hour. Most setups finish within one hour, but complex configurations may take longer.
What if I just need help with one error?

Do you support Windows and Linux?
Yes. macOS, Linux, and Windows. All sessions are remote via video call.
What timezone are you in?
US Eastern, but we schedule for any timezone. We have helped people in the US, UK, Singapore, Germany, India, and China.
Can you set up local models (Ollama)?
Yes. We will help you pick the right model for your hardware, install Ollama, and configure OpenClaw to use it. See our

Do you help with enterprise deployments?
Yes. Our Enterprise Architecture session covers multi-user setup, VPC security, Bedrock integration, and credential isolation. For ongoing projects, we offer multi-session engagements.
What's the difference between Setup and Enterprise Architecture?
Setup is for individual installations and troubleshooting. Enterprise Architecture is for teams deploying OpenClaw across multiple users with security, compliance, and integration requirements.
